Food should be an experience, not just a meal. I'm not a believer in restrictive diets or overly-complicated regimens. Food is meant to energize you to do what you love. My goal is to teach my clients how to simply fuel their lives with food, elevate the experience and love every bite.

Kristen Marias delivered on her promise to provide a new way of life. The first couple weeks of breaking habits were tough, but with Kristen's expert tips on what, how much, and when to eat, I started feeling better than I ever had before. I decided to sign up hoping to lose a few extra pounds but with no real expectation of losing more than 1 or 2 pounds.  To my surprise I lost 8 pounds in a little over two months.  Thanks to Kristen I have learned so much about making the right eating choices.  She provided me with weekly meal plans but most important taught me to make the right choices.  During the weekly meetings she covered very important topics that are helping me make smarter eating choices.
