These grain-free, no-bake bars marry my kids' two favorite things - cereal & granola bars. With only 4 clean ingredients, they've quickly become a snack staple in our house...because nothing compares to homemade.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1/2 cup slivered or roughly chopped almonds
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
1/2 cup honey
LINE an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper
MIX cereal + nuts in a large mixing bowl
HEAT almond butter + honey in a small saucepan over a medium flame
STIR for 2-3 minutes until warmed through and smooth
POUR almond butter mixture over cereal + nuts
TOSS until completely coated
SPREAD cereal evenly in the bottom of baking dish, pressing down firmly with the back of a silicone spoon or spatula
CHILL for 1 hour in the fridge
CUT into squares and store in the fridge
