This smoothie delivers all the things we love about a blueberry muffin and will keep us from going too hard on the banana bread. It’s filling and energizing thanks to plant-based protein, healthy fats and superfoods.


🥛 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

🥛 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

🥛 1 scoop Orgain Vanilla Organic Protein & Superfoods Plant-Based Powder

🥛 1 Tbs flax meal (or chia seeds)
