CHOCOLATE CHIP BLENDER BLONDIES

I had another recipe in the chamber for you until I found out today is National Blonde Brownie Day. Nothing phases me anymore, I swear. The base of these may surprise you, but it shouldn’t. I do weird sh*t like this all the time. Enjoy and happiest Friday!

DIRECTIONS:


PREHEAT oven to 350

BLEND:

+ 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

+ 1/2 cup almond butter

+ 1/2 cup Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder (code:KMARIAS30)

+ 1/4 cup almond flour

+ 1/4 cup maple syrup

+ 1 tbs coconut oil

+ 1/4 tsp baking powder

+ 1/4 tsp soda

+ 1/4 tsp salt

FOLD in 1/2 cup chocolate chips (we love Enjoy Life dairy-free dark chocolate)

SPREAD batter into parchment paper-lined 8x8 baking dish

BAKE for 20-25 min

COOL in pan completely before slicing
