CINNAMON SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH BITES
This no-bake dessert is gluten-free, dairy-free & made with clean ingredients, including collagen for added protein. I just recently created these and ever since, Joey begs me to keep them stocked in the fridge because they taste unreal but are completely free of refined sugar. You'll seriously think you're eating the naughtiest cookie dough of all time. Promise, these do not dissapoint.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1/2 cup gf oat flour
3/4 cup raw cashews
6 pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup room temp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
PURÉE all ingredients in a food processor until it comes together as a smooth batter, scraping down the sides as needed (about 2-3 min on high speed)
SPOON 1 tbs batter into hands
FORM into a ball
ROLL in extra sugar cookie spice
CHILL in the fridge for 1 hour before serving
