Decadent & creamy without the guilt. This is the dessert of my dreams when I want something rich. These brownies will satisfy every chocolate craving without the sugar rush. They're gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free.

what you'll need:

➕2 eggs ➕1 tsp vanilla ➕1/2 cup maple syrup ➕2 tbs coconut oil ➕1 cup almond butter ➕1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao) ➕1/2 cup almond flour ➕1/2 tsp baking powder ➕1/2 tsp baking soda ➕1/4 cup chocolate chips plus 2 tbs more


PREHEAT oven to 350 & line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper WHISK eggs with vanilla, maple syrup + oil STIR in almond butter until combined & then add dry ingredients FOLD in chocolate chips (we use enjoy life dairy-free dark chocolate chips) SPREAD batter into baking dish (it will be sticky so spritz your spatula with a little coconut oil if needed) SPRINKLE extra chocolate chips on top BAKE for 18-20min or until center is cooked thru
