Daydreaming about Reese’s pb eggs this weekend? Same. I got you. Mine are 5 ingredients, composed of plant-based protein, no refined sugar + antioxidant-rich dark chocolate.


For the filling:

  • 1/2 cup salted creamy pb

  • 1 scoop Orgain Peanut Butter Protein Powder

  • 2 tbs maple syrup

For the chocolate coating:

  • 1 dark chocolate bar (I used Lilly's Sweets)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil


MIX pb + protein powder + maple syrup

SHAPE 1 tbs of filling into eggs and land on a pan or plate covered with parchment paper

CHILL in the freezer while you work on the chocolate

MELT chocolate bar broken into pieces + coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until smooth

REMOVE the pb eggs from the freezer and coat with melted chocolate mixture using 2 forks, landing them on a rack over parchment paper (or simply place back on the paper itself)

CHILL again for 5-10 minutes


DRIZZLE the remaining chocolate over the eggs to give them texture and CHILL one last time to harden
