Green vegetables must be done right or you won't crave them. Broccoli needs garlic or lemon, Brussels need soy or buffalo and kale needs good olive oil and salt. Not every green juice or smoothie does it for me either, so I get why so many people are turned off. This blend though... This is how you fall in love with greens.
1 cup unsweetened coconut water
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 scoops Orgain Vanilla Protein (code: KMARIAS30)
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 small piece of ginger, peeled
1 scoop Amazing Grass Superfood Daily Greens (or a big handful of spinach or kale)
1 tbs chia seeds
