A cleaner twist on the classic featuring a gluten-free batter and dairy-free chocolate chips. These cookies are golden brown on the outside, soft in the center & finish with a salty sweet flavor.

what you’ll need:

➕ 1 cup coconut sugar

➕ 1/2 cup ghee at room temp

➕ 1 egg at room temp

➕ 1/4 cup tahini

➕ 1 tsp vanilla

➕ 2 cups oat flour

➕ 1 tsp baking soda

➕ 1 tsp fine sea salt

➕ 1 cup @enjoylife chocolate chips

➕ flaky salt


PREHEAT oven to 350

BEAT sugar + ghee in a stand mixer until combined

ADD egg, tahini + vanilla, turn on low until smooth

MIX in oat flour, baking soda + fine salt until incorporated

FOLD in chocolate chips

SCOOP 1 tbs batter and roll into balls, landing on a parchment-paper lined baking sheet

BAKE for 10 min

SPRINKLE with flaky salt and allow to cool
