Everything you love about decadent french toast without the sugar high and crash. This recipe is dairy-free, refined sugar-free and rich in protein and fiber to keep you satiated for hours. Pair with my collagen coffee to energize your morning.

for the berry sauce:

WARM berries (frozen or fresh) in a small saucepan spritzed with coconut oil spray over medium low heat until sauce forms

for the french toast:

WHISK 4 eggs + 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/4 cup vanilla @drinkorgain protein powder

DUNK 4 slices bread into egg mixture (i’m using ezekiel sprouted grain today)

COOK 2 slices at a time in coconut oil over medium low-medium heat (i like using my iron skillet for this)

SPREAD 1 slice with plain cream cheese (we love @kitehillfoods for the best dairyfree alternative) and place second slice on top

TOP with berry sauce + real maple syrup
