The morning practices I swear by to recover and reset for a fresh week.

On Sunday mornings I:

✌🏼 wake up naturally with the sun

✌🏼 light a candle (this one is my absolute favorite) and read while I sip my coffee slow (click here for my cinnamon collagen coffee recipe)

✌🏼 open all the windows and cleanse the space with sage + palo santo

✌🏼 curl up on the couch with my journal for virtual church
