On a volcanic rock in the Bay of Naples, my yoga teaching journey took shape. On that island I felt strong, open and free. I didn't overthink things. When I wanted to float in the ocean, I floated. When I wanted to dance, I danced...and when I wanted to eat pizza, I didn't deny myself. Yoga is everything, inside and outside of the practice setting. My classes aim to give my students those same feelings of strength, surrender and freedom. Much like my take on nutrition, I believe fitness should be a dynamic and memorable experience that empowers and energizes you to do what you love.
