Live to move, with purpose
On a volcanic rock in the Bay of Naples, my yoga teaching journey took shape. On that island I felt strong, open and free. I didn't overthink things. When I wanted to float in the ocean, I floated. When I wanted to dance, I danced...and when I wanted to eat pizza, I ate ALL of the pizza. Yoga is everything, inside and outside of the practice setting. My classes aim to give my students those same feelings of strength, surrender and freedom. Much like my take on nutrition, I believe fitness should be a fun and memorable experience that aligns with what you love to do. Move your body the way you want to. I'll bring the jams.
Welcome the sun with this slow flow. We stretch, move easy + breathe in the day. The scent of peppermint will perfume the practice, helping to open the lungs and awaken the senses. Chill, happy music will elevate your mood and ease you into a wakeful state.
